How To Book

If you are interested you can either email us:, or phone us (07435 216542), and we will check availability. Please note, before you consider booking with us, we require permission from the venue and registrar/vicar. If we are free, to then keep that date in your name, we will require a £50 (non-refundable) deposit. This will secure this date for you, and you only.

The rest of the money, can then be either paid by instalments or fully, as long as the full amount is paid a month before the wedding.

If you require a change of date, we are happy to accommodate as long as that date is free. If it is not free, we will treat your booking as a cancellation.

If you have to cancel your wedding for any particular reason, we will try to refund the amounts as shown below. The refunds will not count the £50 non-refundable deposit.

12 months in advance 100% refund
9-12 months in advance 75% refund
6-9 months in advance 50% refund
3-6 months in advance 25% refund
Less than 3 months in advance 10% refund

If for any reason, we have to cancel due to very unforeseen circumstances, we will try to offer an alternative, which will be discussed.

If you have to cancel the wedding for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible. If you cancel within a month of the wedding, we still require to have half of the calculated total quoted to you when booking.

When you book a date with us, we hold that date for you only!

    I spoke to you earlier regarding a booking for a nursery school in Swindon on the 14/7. Before I set the wheels in motion to confirm the booking can I ask if you have a risk assessment?
    This is the only way we would be able to look at booking
